Energy Manager (Carbon) Responsibilities:
- Structure and negotiate, and execute new cost competitive carbon reduction and removal offtake agreements for carbon credits
- Develop and negotiate commercial frameworks for Meta’s participation in grid decarbonization projects involving transmission, utility scale storage, and other advanced energy technologies, as required
- Collaborate with internal organizations including net zero and sustainability, legal, policy, finance and communications to implement carbon solutions
- Develop and grow relationships with key suppliers and other stakeholders
- Support continued evolution and execution of Meta’s carbon supply strategy for domestic and potentially international operating footprints
- Stay informed of the technical, market, and regulatory developments in the decarbonized electricity and broader carbon industries and communicate key trends, risks and potential impacts to management

Job Purpose
The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for general facilities work. Duties include preventive and corrective maintenance on all machinery and support equipment; coordinate outside services, routine general maintenance and performing facility inspections.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Performs general building coordination of outside services including contacting property management, and select vendors for services
Analyze and solve minor electrical, carpentry, refrigeration, mechanical, and plumbing problems
Participate and perform on an as-needed basis remodeling, or other repair and maintenance activities such as painting, carpentry, caulking, and sealing and like tasks as assigned
Maintain inventory of material and repair parts for commissary equipment to ensure proper maintenance and services are accomplished in a timely manner
Perform regular facility inspections for potential areas needing repair and improvement
Provide calibration support as needed
HVAC related activities including adjusting temp/humidity and maintain chiller and cooler maintenance
Maintain work area and equipment in a clean, orderly, and safe condition
Perform janitor related tasks
Make recommendations to modify or replace equipment when necessary to ensure the value of customer cost or/and improve efficiency
Tests, inspects, troubleshoots, and repairs machines and equipment
Sets up and operates all tools and equipment necessary to perform assigned work
Assist with set up of workstations for new employees
Perform minor electrical installations
Organize and maintain an inventory of spare parts and equipment consumables
Source and obtain multiple quotes for all needed parts and supplies per purchasing requirements
Complete paperwork for Facilities, Purchasing, Quality, and Operations before obtaining required signatures
Operate lift trucks/equipment
Complete HAZWOPER certification and respond to emergencies
Instruct and supervise coworkers in performing repairs, preventative maintenance, and facility upgrades

- Providing regular legal updates and reports to management.
The Person
- 3-5+ years of experience as a legal professional in a relevant field.
- Strong communication and writing skills, with an ability to handle a diverse workload.
- Basic understanding of regulatory law, land use, project permitting, and commercial contracts related to renewable energy.
- J.D. from an accredited law school, with membership in good standing with the Florida, New York, or other relevant Bar Associations.
- Must have experience in working on renewable energy projects in the USA.

JOB SUMMARY AND SCOPE
Fimer is seeking a Utility Key Account Manager to manage the North, Central, and South America Inverter and Energy Storage product portfolio for the Utility and C&I market segments. The Fimer Utility Key Account Manager works closely with customers, developers, EPC?s and Utilities and prepares timely and accurate commercial proposals and technical specifications for the Commercial & Industrial, and Utility-scale solar projects and battery energy storage system projects. The Key Account Manager role creates a network of relationships with customers, EPC?s and Utilities and develops solutions that include hardware and software requirements for Solar PV projects.
Additionally, the Utility Key Account Manager prepares/delivers presentations at technical conferences and meetings with clients, provides technical guidance in the preparation, review, and final commercial proposal generation to customer, and tracks competitor?s offerings.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide sales leadership for the Utility, C&I and Energy Storage Business in accordance with organizational policies and goals. Manage, oversee, and drive all aspects of the key account management role.
- Drive sales and strategic targeting of key markets and customers leveraging existing connections in the industry. Work externally with customers, and internally with key stakeholders to achieve business growth objectives.
- Lead negotiations as well as fulfill regulatory requirements for contract administration process for all C&I and Utility projects.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reporting of sales and drive conversion of leads and forecast opportunities to revenue.
- Manage existing and foster new customer relationships (Developers, EPC?s and Utilities) with a focus on key opportunities within the targeted markets.
- Partner with Fimer Management team (technical, commercial, legal etc.) and take the lead on contract negotiations.
- Execute business plans with emphasis on developing and maintaining strong business relationships at senior customer levels.
- Contribute to development of the Fimer marketing strategy and communication to build brand and solution awareness and develop presentations for customer proposals to win business and meet company goals.
- Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of the market, the industry, and key players who drive / influence investment decisions. Analyze and collect market data and customer requirements for existing and future products and solutions and provide feedback to Fimer Management and Product Development team.
- Travel up to 30-40% to visit customers on a regular basis and participate in local and global trade shows, conferences, field marketing events, etc.
